All orders ship via Australia Post with tracking. We dispatch within 1-2 business days of payment.

If your sealed product arrives damaged, get in touch within 7 days and we'll work with you on a refund or replacement.

Are your products authentic?
Yes — every product we sell is 100% authentic. We source from trusted distributors and importers, and every item is hand-checked before dispatch.
Do you ship outside Australia?
Currently we ship within Australia only. International shipping may be available on request — get in touch for a quote.
Can I pre-order upcoming sets?
Yes! We accept pre-orders for most upcoming Japanese and English Pokémon sets, plus One Piece releases. Send us an enquiry to lock one in.
