Who We Are
Relic Rares (ABN 16 854 789 678) is an Australian online retailer of sealed trading card products, based in Sydney, NSW. This policy explains how we handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
What We Collect
- Order details — your name, email address, shipping address and phone number when you place an order.
- Enquiries — your name, email and message when you contact us via the contact form or email.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. See Stripe's privacy policy.
How We Use It
- To process and ship your orders, and to send order/tracking updates.
- To respond to your enquiries.
- To notify you about pre-orders or restocks only if you ask us to.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
Who We Share It With
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Australia Post — name and address for delivery.
- Netlify — our website host, which processes form submissions and standard server logs.
Cookies & Tracking
Our website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) are kept by our hosting provider for security purposes.
Security
Our site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Payment pages are hosted by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider. We keep access to order information limited and protected.
Access & Correction
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@relicrares.com.au. If you have a privacy concern we can't resolve, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.
