The terms that apply when you browse our site or buy from us.

1. About Us
This website is operated by Relic Rares (ABN 16 854 789 678), based in Sydney, NSW, Australia ("we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Products
We sell sealed trading card game products sourced from official distributors and trusted suppliers. Product images are for illustration; minor packaging variations (such as print runs or regional markings) can occur.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Prices may change at any time. The price at checkout is the price you pay.
- If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before dispatch.
4. Orders
An order is accepted when we dispatch the goods. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, stock is unavailable or damaged), we will cancel it and refund you in full. Title in the goods passes to you on payment; risk passes on delivery.

Shipping, delivery and returns are covered in our Shipping & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Pre-Orders
Pre-order release dates are set by manufacturers and can change. We dispatch pre-orders the week of official release. You may cancel any pre-order for a full refund before it has been dispatched.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and subject to clause 7, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for changes in the market value of collectible products.
9. Intellectual Property
Pokémon, the Pokémon TCG, and One Piece are trademarks of their respective owners (including The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Creatures Inc., GAME FREAK, and Bandai). Relic Rares is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any of these companies. All other site content is owned by Relic Rares.
10. Website Use
You must not misuse this site, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to transmit malicious code. We may suspend or withdraw the site at any time without notice.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
